Founded by the WA Truffle Collective, Hound & Hunter Fine Foods is led by truffle grower Gavin Booth, and acclaimed chef & truffle grower, David Coomer.

 

Living in truffle country, they wanted to find a way to create a new kind of truffle product, one they couldn’t find elsewhere. Totally delicious and honest to the subtlety and deep savoury nuance of the

We started the Deli & Test Kitchen as a place to develop ideas and share new products, both with and without truffle. Everything we make is rooted in quality ingredients, time and our community of local farming families
