Founded by the WA Truffle Collective, Hound & Hunter Fine Foods is led by truffle grower Gavin Booth, and acclaimed chef & truffle grower, David Coomer.
Living in truffle country, they wanted to find a way to create a new kind of truffle product, one they couldn’t find elsewhere. Totally delicious and honest to the subtlety and deep savoury nuance of the ingredient. The real deal.
We started the Deli & Test Kitchen as a place to develop ideas and share new products, both with and without truffle. Everything we make is rooted in quality ingredients, time and our community of local farming families
